Scott Bell, Managing Director, Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc.

SBell - HeadshotMr. Bell is the Managing Director within Florida Markets group based in Orlando, Florida.

Mr. Bell is handling Florida assignments for clients such as AT&T, BNY Mellon, Foley & Lardner, Broad and Cassel, PNC Bank, and Colonial Management Group. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Bell’s transaction volume exceeds $750 million in the Florida market. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Bell had long tenures at CB Richard Ellis, Lincoln Property Company, and Carter where he was recognized as a Top 2 producer in 2004, 2005 and 2006. Mr. Bell was recognized as Jones Lang LaSalle’s Top producer in Orlando in 2010 and CoStar Top 25 Power Broker in 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Mr. Bell has managed numerous transactions in the Florida market for such firms as Starwood, SunTrust, KB Homes, and Allstate. Mr. Bell has also managed key relationships with such institutions as Morgan Stanley, Prudential Real Estate Investors, Goldman Sachs and TIAA/CREF.

Mr. Bell has a bachelor of science degree from the University of Central Florida. He is a former Past President for the Central Florida Chapter of National Association of Office and Industrial Parks (NAIOP) and the University of Central Florida Alumni Association; he is still active with both of these organizations. Mr. Bell is also affiliated with the UCF Dr. Phillips Real Estate School Advisory Board, White Horse Capital Fund – National Board of Directors, and the Economic Development Commission of Mid Florida.
Anne Spencer, Director, Cushman & Wakefield of Florida

Anne Spencer - HeadshotSpecializing in the representation of medical tenants and buyers, Anne utilizes a proven and thorough process, assisting her clients with relocation, lease renewals, purchase contract negotiations and the disposition of excess healthcare space. Anne holds an extensive knowledge of the Central Florida market and expertise in business development and marketing processes. Clients include the Florida Hospital, Ricoh Americas Corporation, Wachovia Bank, The Florida Bar and the Devereux Foundation. Since 2006, Anne has negotiated over 770,000 square feet of office and healthcare space, with a gross value in excess of $64,000,000.

Ms. Spencer honed her sales and negotiating skills at G&K Services where she was recognized as the Regional Top Producer of the Southeast Region for the fiscal year of 2005.

Ms. Spencer received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida, achieving acclaim from several national associations. including the Associated Press and the Association for Women in Communications. She is a proud supporter of the UCF Golden Knights and retains strong ties to her alma mater. Ms. Spencer is a Florida native, and has resided in Central Florida for over 25 years.

Aaron J. Gorovitz,  Partner & Co-Chair, Land Use & Zoning Group, Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A.

Gorovitz - HeadshotAaron Gorovitz  has spent countless hours working side-by-side with community leaders and was instrumental in bringing SunRail to Central Florida. He also serves as the Chair of the Central Florida Partnership (CFP) which is influencing growth in our community. In fact, this March, he traveled with other regional leaders to Washington, D.C. to help advance our regional needs including: hospitality, travel & tourism, research funding and entrepreneurship. He has also been named as one of Orange County leaders in Central Florida by Florida Trend magazine, May issue, for all of his hard work and moving Central Florida forward.

For more than 25 years, Aaron’s practice has centered around large and complex commercial, residential and mixed use real estate projects throughout Central Florida. He is often involved in site selection, drafting contracts, and due diligence and is lead counsel in the procurement of Developments of Regional Impact (DRIs), transit-oriented development, comprehensive plan designations, zonings and other governmental approvals and entitlements. He also formulates public/private partnerships, and takes a lead role in the development, financing and leasing of projects.

Aaron serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Central Florida and on the Executive Committee of the Jewish National Fund. Recently, he was honored with the “Most Influential Businessmen” in Central Florida by the Orlando Business Journal. Aaron is not just active locally. Two days ago, he was appointed to the Board of Directors for Meritas, a global alliance of 7,124 experienced lawyers in 175 full-service law firms serving 236 markets – all rigorously qualified, independent and collaborative.
